What is considered self-care?

What is selfcareSelfcare is all those little things we do to intentionally take care of our body, soul, and spirit. You know that you are a spirit, you have a soul and you live in a body. Some would call it physical, emotional, and mental health. So a healthy person is one who can apply good self-care activities to deliberately affect their day to day life. When we find a routine that works, we become less fearful and really begin to live and enjoy life. A good selfcare routine will result in an abundance of joy, peace, love, patience, goodness, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Just imagine what the world would be like when each person has an abundance of all these attributes?
